The culinary journey began in the cozy lounge, where the crackling fire and unique wooden roof created an inviting atmosphere. Here, I savored a different menu each evening, showcasing a variety of exquisite main dishes that highlighted traditional Austrian flavors in a contemporary light.The restaurant's wine list boasted an impressive selection of Austrian and international wines, perfectly complementing the innovative dishes. Each meal was a delightful exploration of flavors and textures, expertly crafted by the talented culinary team. The free breakfast buffet was a highlight of each morning, offering a vast array of choices to start the day on a delicious note.Beyond the culinary delights, Hotel Grieshof's amenities impressed me. The terrace and garden provided tranquil spots to relax, while the attentive staff ensured a seamless dining experience.
